How to Join the IPA...
We welcome any licensed practitioner to join the IPA. Membership levels are as follows:
Full Voting Membership for Practicing Physicians
Full membership entitles you to all the benefits of the organization. Voting rights, participation in committees and the Board of Directors, access to all the IPA's current health plan contracts and performance awards, are a few examples of the rich arrays of benefits. The current one-time membership fee is $500 for primary care physicians or $2500 for specialists (consultants). A standard credentialing process is required.
Associate Membership for Ancillary Care Providers
Associate members enjoy all the above benefits with the exceptions of voting rights and Board participation. The restriction is due to our founding charter. Associate membership fee is $500 (one-time) for practitioners. Credentialing is also required.
Student Membership for Students of Clinical Care, Residents, or Interns
Student members have all the same benefits of the associate members. Membership fee is of $50 until permanent change in your student status.
